This meeting is between the staff person, the supervisor, & the program director for PIMWG. It should happen after the supervisor and program director have met in regards to the staff person’s eligibility for the grant.
This meeting is between the staff person, the chair person, and the PIMWG director. It should happen before the onboarding meeting and after the interviews.
This meeting is the last meeting that is necessary to launch an area into the grant. The entire team must be in attendance along with staff person, chair person, and PIMWG program director. If the supervisor would like to be in attendance, he/she can attend.
During the course of the grant, feel free to grab time with the program director whenever you need it.
